All Admin Users created in Perspio. by default, don't have access to any objects, despite being an Admin. After creating an Admin User, please follow the steps below to provide access to All Assets.
To create a user, follow the instructions on this article.
1. Click on Admin
2. Click on Users
3. Click on Edit
Note that on Restrictions, it says No Access. This indicates that the user has no access to Assets in Perspio.
4. Click on Restrictions
5. Change Access
To enable access to all Assets, click on Full access. The message in top right corner confirms that the operation worked.
It is important to know that Admin and Read Only Users can't have Restricted or No access. If you wish to restrict user access, change the Access to Custom.
