4. Enable/Disable Reports

This tab allows administrators to enable or disable access to specific report templates available in the system. These reports help visualise operational data such as asset activity, device health, driver behaviour, and more.

To make changes, click the Edit button in the top right. You can then toggle each report ON or OFF based on what should be available to users within the tenant.

The list includes:

  • Activity Detailed and Activity Summary

  • Asset Inventory and Asset Inventory Utilisation

  • Device Health and Device Health Extended

  • Driver Behaviour IVMS and Driver Behaviour Summary

  • Event Detailed

Turning a report off removes it from the Reports interface for all users in the tenant. Use this to tailor the available reports to your operational needs.

5. Geofence Settings

This tab allows configuration of how geofence categories are displayed and grouped within the platform.

Snapshot

Pie Chart Group
Determines the attribute used to group geofences in the snapshot view. This affects how geofences are visualised in summary charts, helping provide clearer context at a glance. You can select an available attribute from the dropdown list.

Category

Colour
Controls the default colour applied to a specific geofence category. This setting defines how markers appear on the map for easier visual distinction. Use the dropdown to select the category and assign a colour.

Changes in this tab support consistent geofence management and visual clarity across the platform.
