Switching Between Tenants in Perspio

This article explains how to switch between tenants in Perspio, allowing users to seamlessly access and manage multiple organisations or environments using a single user account.

Switching between tenants in Perspio allows users to manage data across different organisations or environments. This is particularly useful for users who operate in multiple customer accounts, internal sandboxes, or test environments. This guide explains how to quickly and easily switch tenants using the in-app interface.

 

Accessing the Switch Tenant Menu

To switch tenants, follow the steps below:

 

1. Click on Your Account

Navigate to the top-right corner of the screen and click on your user avatar or e-mail address. This will open your user menu.

2. Select “Switch Tenant”

From the dropdown options, click on Switch Tenant.

3. Select the Desired Tenant

You will be presented with a list of tenants that your user account has access to. Click the desired tenant name (e.g. “Inauro Sandbox”) to initiate the switch.

4. Confirm the Tenant Switch

Click on the selected tenant again in the confirmation dialog to complete the switch. Perspio will reload in the context of the selected tenant.

Screen Controls

  • User Avatar / E-mail (Top-right): Opens the user account menu.

  • Switch Tenant Option: Presents a list of accessible tenants.

  • Tenant List Modal: Displays all tenants linked to your user account. Click to confirm selection.

Notes

  • Your access to tenants is determined by your user permissions and security group assignments.

  • If you do not see the correct tenant, contact your administrator to verify your access.
