Service Schedules
The Service Schedules tab in the Servicing Module of Perspio allows administrators and maintenance teams to define recurring maintenance routines for individual assets or groups of assets.
The Service Schedules help automate service reminders based on time intervals, distance travelled (odometer), or a combination of both, ensuring fleet servicing is performed proactively.
Each service schedule can be associated with a Service Program, which groups assets under shared servicing logic.

From the left-hand navigation panel, hover over Assets and click the Servicing icon (wrench and person icon).

Best Practices
-
Use Clear Names: For easy identification, name schedules based on asset type or servicing logic (e.g., “Monthly Check – Light Vehicles”).
-
Avoid Duplicates: Always review existing schedules before creating new ones.
-
Link to Programs: Schedules only take effect when associated with a Service Program and applied to assets.
-
Monitor Meter Selection: Ensure the “Preferred Odometer” or equivalent meter is properly calibrated in the asset’s telemetry fields.
Related Modules
-
Service Programs: Group schedules under logical bundles for asset categories.
-
Service Reminders: Automatically generated based on schedules and asset telemetry.
-
Telemetry Field Calibration: Ensure meters like Odometer and Run Hours are correctly aligned before schedule activation.
