Service Overview Panel

The Servicing Overview screen in Perspio provides a centralised summary of your fleet's maintenance programs, schedules, and reminders. This interface is critical for ensuring service compliance, reducing asset downtime, and enabling proactive maintenance management.

Purpose and Importance

The Servicing Overview offers real-time visibility over the servicing health of all tracked assets. It allows users to:

  • Monitor upcoming and overdue maintenance events.

  • Track participation in programs and schedules.

  • Ensure service reminders are linked correctly to assets.

  • Quickly act on overdue items, helping extend asset life and ensure regulatory compliance.

This is especially useful in real-world scenarios where missing a scheduled maintenance could result in mechanical failure, fines for non-compliance, or extended downtime for key vehicles or machinery.
