Scheduling Reports

This article describes the step-by-step options for scheduling reports across all report types.

The Scheduling functionality in the Reports Module allows users to configure and automate the execution of reports on a recurring basis. These reports can be sent directly via email to specified recipients, reducing manual work and ensuring the right stakeholders always have access to timely data.

 

1. Click on Reports.

2. Select a Report.

Click on Asset Telemetry
 
 
 
 

3. Select the Scope, Assets and any other information required for the Report and click on Run Query.

4. Click on Schedule Report.

Click on highlight
 
 
 

5. Click on Create Schedule.

Fill the recipients' e-mails, the subject, time-zone, format (PDF, PDF/A, XLSX or CSV) and select the desired Time Range for the recipients.

In some cases, according to whom the schedule is set to, multiple schedules can be created to accommodate different needs for different recipients.

Click on Create Schedule
