# Organisation & Contact Details Setup in Perspio
## This article outlines how to review and update your organisation and contact details within the Perspio Admin Panel. Keeping this information accurate ensures proper communication, billing, and technical support.
### 1. Organisation Address
Navigate to the **Organisation** tab in your Admin Panel to view and edit your organisation's address.
**Fields available:**
| Field | Example Input | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Street Address** | 50 Yeo St | Physical address of your business |
| **City** | Neutral Bay | City where your business is located |
| **State** | NSW | State of operation |
| **Postcode** | 2089 | Postal code |
| **Country** | Australia | Country where your business is registered |
When filling the Street Address, Perspio searches on Google the address and fill the remaining fields. If you can't find the complete address, proceed to enter manually.
To update, click the **Edit** button in the top-right corner of the section.

### 2. Contact Details
Switch to the **Contact** tab to view your **Billing** and **Technical** contacts.

To modify contact information, use the **Edit** button provided in each section.

#### Best Practices
- Ensure that the **Billing Contact** is someone responsible for invoicing and payments.
- The **Technical Contact** should be your go-to person for assets and devices management.
- Keep both contacts up to date to avoid communication disruptions.
