The geofencing service will only process and evaluate location telemetry from assets that are properly configured. Each asset within Perspio has the ability to toggle the stream of location data to the geofencing service. This primarily provides a way to reduce unnecessary core platform processing by preventing messages from specific devices from reaching the geofence service. These could be static assets. or simply assets they you do not want to receive any entry or exit events for.
1. Choose the asset you wish to configure
2. Navigate to Configuration in the Assets Menu
3. Navigate to Service Flags
4. Toggle the geofencing service ON/OFF
Click Edit on the top right corner and turn the Geofencing Service Flag Off.
Don't forget to Save any changes.
