How to Recover Another User's Password
This article outlines how a user inside a tenant can reset the Perspio Password of another user.
To reset the password of a different user inside your tenant, please follow the steps below.
It is important to note that this will not make the password appear on the screen. The password will be sent to the user's e-mail.
1. Click on Admin

2. Click on Users

3. Click on Edit

4. Click on the Arrows Icon

5. Click on Yes to confirm the operation
This will reset password and resend welcome email to the user.

6. This message confirms the operation success
