This functionality allows for users to Bulk Edit any Asset Master fields by uploading a CSV file. The first step is to Export the file in CSV System Format and proceed to edit it.
1. Click on Inventory
2. Click on Columns
3. Click on Filter Columns Input
Select the fields that need editing from the columns, so they are available when performing the Export.
4. Click on CSV Export (System)
Export the CSV file and proceed to edit it locally.

To edit the file, please pay attention to some important rules:
- Do not change columns names on the file.
- Only keep in the file the columns you would like to edit.
- Do not edit Perspio Asset Id column, it will fail during import. This column should never be changed.
- Remove any asset's rows that will not be updated.
6. Click on Import
Select the edited file and perform the Import.
After importing the file, a System Job will be created, and the edits will be processed. Allow Perspio to perform the changes before checking and editing again.
Click on the Bell Icon next to your e-mail to confirm that the system task is running. You see the notification of Task Created and after processing, Task Completed.
