How to Order New Devices from Inauro?

To order new IoT devices for your Perspio deployment, simply email your desired device make and model to our Sales Team at sales@inauro.io, and you’ll receive a quote promptly. If you need guidance on selecting the right device or have any questions, copy in or reach out to our support and customer success team at support@inauro.io.

1. Identify Your Requirements

    • Determine the make (manufacturer) and model number of the device you wish to deploy (e.g., “Geotab GO9” or “Digital Matter G70 4G BLE”).

    • If you’re uncertain which device best fits your use case—whether it’s asset tracking or environmental monitoring—note down your key needs (connectivity method, battery life, ruggedness, etc.).

2. Contact Sales

  • Compose an email to sales@inauro.io with:

  • Subject: “New Device Order – [Your Company Name]”
    • Body:

      1. Desired device(s) make and model.

      2. Quantity required.

      3. Brief description of intended use (optional but helps us tailor recommendations).

  • Our sales team will reply with pricing, lead times, and any volume discounts.

 

3. Review and Confirmation

    • Once you receive the quote, review the unit prices, shipping estimates, and payment terms.

    • Confirm your order by replying “Approved” (or similar), including billing and shipping address details.

4. Next Steps

  • After order confirmation, we’ll issue an official purchase order acknowledgement, process payment, and schedule device shipment.
  • Each device will be provisioned by our team, packed and shipped in a timely manner. When you receive the devices, they will appear in Perspio on the Asset Master, under the category xStock.
  • You’ll also receive configuration instructions to install the devices into on your assets.
