How to export my Utilisation Meter Readings out of Perspio.

To export your asset utilisation metrics from Perspio, you can use the Utilisation Module.

Accessing the Assets Utilisation Module

  1. Navigate to the Assets Module: From the left-hand navigation menu, hover on the Assets icon.

  2. Open Utilisation View: Click on the Clock Icon labelled Utilisation. This will open the Utilisation Module, providing insights into various aspects of your assets' utilisation.

Exporting Run Hours and Odometer Metrics

  1. Locate the Meter Readings Section: Within the \Utilisation Module, find the Meter Readings section. This section displays all meter readings, including Run Hours and Odometer, for each asset on a single line.

  2. Apply Filters (Optional):

    • Click on the Funnel Icon to open the filter settings panel.

    • Select criteria such as asset type, status, or date range to narrow down the data.

    • Click Apply to filter the asset list accordingly.

    • Use the Search Bar to individually search for assets.

  3. Export the Data:

    • Click on the Export button located within the Meter Readings section.

    • Choose your preferred format: CSV or Excel.

    • The file will download, containing the Run Hours and Odometer metrics for the selected assets.

  4. Custom Counters
    • When available, this feature allows the export of Custom Counters.
    • Switch to the Custom Counters Tab and perform the same steps described above.
