Here are the steps to add a user in Perspio, assign the appropriate permissions, and configure the correct profile for that user. ### 1. Fill User Details Fill the details accurately and click **Next**. Perspio does not allow the creation of general admin users, all users must be personal and untransferable. Choose the correct Profile Choosing the correct profile is critical to ensure the user only access what he is supposed to. Meaning that all Admin users will have access to the full asset's database.     ### 6. Security Groups Last step is to select which Assets the user will have access to. By standard, no access is selected to avoid making mistakes.
