Condition Search
The Condition Search feature allows users to query and retrieve assets based on specific field values and logical conditions. It is designed for operational teams that need to perform detailed filtering across the asset inventory for tracking, validation, diagnostics, or compliance purposes.
The Condition Search module is a robust utility for extracting meaningful, actionable insights from your asset dataset by filtering with precision and saving frequently used conditions for ongoing operational benefit.

Custom Rule Builder

Enables users to define conditions using fields such as Asset Name, Device Serial, Assignment, and more.

Supports various operators like Contains, Equals, Starts With, and more for flexible query construction.

Performing a Condition Search:

Navigate to the Search module and select Condition Search.

Click New Condition to create a query.
-
In the builder, select a field (e.g., Asset Name), an operator (e.g., Contains), and enter a value (e.g., "Odi").

Add another condition as needed, using the AND/OR toggle to define logic between them.

Press Run to see matching assets.

Click Save to keep this condition set for later use or Discard to delete it.
