Asset Snapshot
The Asset Snapshot provides a real-time, consolidated view of all critical data related to an individual asset. It is the default landing page when selecting an asset from the Asset Inspector List and serves as a launchpad for deeper investigation into asset behaviour, location, events, and performance.
Sidebar Navigation (Left Panel)

Snapshot: The current view, providing a real-time summary of the asset’s condition, usage, and configuration.

Asset Details: Shows asset metadata and editable fields such as asset group, P-levels, assignment, and location tags.

Activity: Lists all recorded events related to the asset (e.g., ignition, trip start/end, geofence entries).

Metrics: Displays telemetry data and custom metrics collected from the asset's device.

Utilisation: Tracks usage indicators like run hours, odometer readings, and engine hours.

Live Map View

Provides a satellite view of the asset’s last known location.

Helps operators understand the physical position in context, with zoom and layer controls.

Hover shows address and timestamp of latest communication.
Status Panel (Right)

Active/Inactive Indicator: Reflects whether the asset is in motion/ignition is on or dormant/ignition is off.

Speed: Real-time speed of the asset.

Engine Road Speed: Reads engine-based speed data when available.

Heading: Shows directional heading in degrees.

Last Updated Times: Indicates how fresh the data is—useful for spotting telemetry or connectivity issues.
