Asset Snapshot

The Asset Snapshot provides a real-time, consolidated view of all critical data related to an individual asset. It is the default landing page when selecting an asset from the Asset Inspector List and serves as a launchpad for deeper investigation into asset behaviour, location, events, and performance.

Sidebar Navigation (Left Panel)

  • Snapshot: The current view, providing a real-time summary of the asset’s condition, usage, and configuration.

  • Asset Details: Shows asset metadata and editable fields such as asset group, P-levels, assignment, and location tags.

  • Activity: Lists all recorded events related to the asset (e.g., ignition, trip start/end, geofence entries).

  • Metrics: Displays telemetry data and custom metrics collected from the asset's device.

  • Utilisation: Tracks usage indicators like run hours, odometer readings, and engine hours.

  • Events: Detailed log of all system events, grouped by type (info, warning, error).

  • History Replay: Allows historical playback of asset movements for investigations or compliance.

  • ERP History: Captures ERP-related updates, if integrated.

  • Configuration: Manage device parameters and integration profiles.

  • Servicing: Access to linked service programs and maintenance reminders.

  • Audit Logs: Tracks changes made to the asset, ideal for compliance tracking.
