Admin 101

The Perspio Admin Panel centralizes tenant-wide configurations—from localization and branding to user and connector management—ensuring that every setting you tweak immediately aligns with your organization’s operational needs and reporting standards.

The Settings Module in Perspio provides a single interface for configuring every aspect of your tenant’s behaviour and appearance. It groups all high-level settings—such as time zones, measurement units, themes, logos, users, and connector information—under one menu. Changes made here propagate across dashboards, reports, APIs, and integrations, directly impacting how data is collected, displayed, and consumed.

Key Capabilities

  • Time Zone & Units: Define the default time zone and measurement units for timestamps and metrics throughout the platform.

  • Branding & Themes: Upload your logo and select colour themes to match your corporate identity.

  • User Management: Create, modify, or delete tenant users and assign roles, controlling who can view or change data.

  • API & Connectors: Register and manage API clients and secrets for secure programmatic access under the Admin / API section.

  • Connectors & Inventory: Configure data ingress and action connectors and review your tenant’s device inventory in one place.

  • Multi-Tenancy Isolation: Perspio’s architecture ensures each tenant’s settings and data remain fully isolated and secure.
