Add/Remove Geofences on a Security Group
To make Geofences visible to users within specific Security Groups, follow the steps on this article to add Geofences directly to a designated group. This ensures appropriate access and visibility for all group members.
By associating Geofences with Security Groups, organisations maintain granular control over location-based data access, ensuring only authorised users can view and manage Geofences relevant to their operational roles.
Follow the steps below to add and remove Geofences to Security Groups:
1. Click on Groups

2. Select Security Groups
On the dropdown menu, select Security to display all the Security Groups.

3. Select the Security Groups

4. Click on Geofence Members

5. Select the Geofences from the dropdown menu
On the dropdown menu, search and select the Geofences you want to add to the Security Groups. These Geofences will be visible to all group members on the Geofence Module.

6. View Geofences List
The selected Geofences will appear on the list as shown below, confirming that all users that access the Security Group view the Geofences.
