This minisite has all the basic information to facilitate navigation across the Perspio platform for the Coates branches.
What is Perspio?
Your equipment data at your fingertips
Perspio is a new type of software-as-a-service offering built to simplify the management of assets in Rental Operations.
On one side, Perspio ingests all the telemetry solutions currently deployed across your fleet, from OEM or supplier telematics to any device you have been fitting to keep track of your assets and presents them in a single screen.
On the other side, Perspio integrates in real-time your ERP, Baseplan, so that it is always in sync with your Operation. All aspects of hierarchy, asset details, customer contracts, service reminders and much more are tagged against each asset to simplify your day-to-day branch operations.
With these data feeds live, the platform can now present richer data, smart reports and more in-depth analysis and automation!

Make sure you have your welcome email open and follow the steps!

Navigating Branch Dashboard
Your Branch Dashboard is your default homepage, where you will find summarised information about assets assigned to your branch.
Asset Inspector and Asset Details
You have access to all assets in your BU - learn to navigate the inspector and the details synced with Baseplan against each asset.
Searching for assets in Explorer
Search for assets at an address, in real time or historically and understand how they got there.
Generate Reports
Leverage the platform to generate utilisation report, stock take, trips and many more to get a quick snapshot of your fleet operation.Understanding Geofences
Focus on assets within a geofence, movements in and out and time in yard.
Access Service Reminders
Navigate to Service Reminders to check Overdue or Next due service milestones on assets in your branch
Checking Billing Violations
How to look at the data to make decisions on billing customers for days per week, or off hired operated violations
